I offer consultation work that help dealing with HSP, stress and anxiety, hormonal balancing, auto immune Hashimotos and helping to navigate talking to doctors and getting the correct tests for tracking thyroid health. My consultations and Doula work address the whole cycle of women’s health ( Maiden, Mother ,Crone) and Pregnancy care (Fertility, Pregnancy , Postpartum, Infant care, miscarriages and abortions).
Bodywork by TARA Uses techniques that are rooted both in science and sacred teachings. Such as Tui na, and Gua Sha, that stimulate the meridians and acupressure points and move Qi to balance specifically to your bodies needs. I bring sound frequency, healing touch and energy therapy that has roots in my diverse education and training in cultural and holistic modalities. As a Wisdom Keeper I read your energy flow, pulses and follow intuitive guidance and insight to release blockages to encourage balance, circulation and restoration . I listen to the places where our bodies present in “dis-ease” and “ trauma” that are ready to release. Calling ones self into “wholeness” . My sessions are designed to work with the natural process of our bodies and open up the flow communication, tapping into your bodies vast ability to heal.
I hold a BA in anthropology and Cross Cultural Medicine with a focus in Traditional Plant Medicines and pre-medical science. I am certified and trained in various Shamanic practices and applications , Acupressure ( Human and Animal) , Tui Na , Gua Sha, Sacred Plant Medicine, Feather Medicine and Journey work.
